Reliable and durable for cars up to 200 mph.  These Simpson Skyjacker reinforced nylon parachutes utilize a handmade crossform design that's reliable and durable up to 200 mph. They have a 10 ft. plume, which extends 12 ft. from the car and uses a 12 in. pilot chute and compression launch spring. The 0.090 in. alloy mounting plate allows for bolt-on installation, and they include a Nomex chute pack and backing.

A solid mount to your frame.  These Competition Engineering parachute anchor mounts weld to your chassis to hook up the strap from your parachute. They are manufactured from 1 5/8 in. diameter mild steel tubing and include the anchor strap bushing and bracket. The mounts require the use of the parachute pack system, also available from Competition Engineering.
